The QLogic 10–port 4 Gb SAN switch module for IBM BladeCenter is a full-fabric Fibre Channel Switch, which enables high-performance 1, 2 and 4 Gb per second SAN solutions. The QLogic 10–port 4 Gb SAN switch module for IBM BladeCenter has seven licensed internal ports to connect to the blade-server bays in the BladeCenter unit and three licensed external Fibre Channel user ports to connect to external Fibre Channel devices.
