         Check to see if the USB ports are working
(such as the keyboard, the mouse, and devices plugged into the media tray USB ports). If all devices are functioning, no action
is required. If not, perform these steps:

               Unplug the USB device that is not working. If the problem goes away, suspect a problem with the USB device.
               Plug in the USB device again.
               Restart the advanced management module.
               Replace the advanced management module.
