         User response
         Perform these steps:

               Verify that the filename was entered correctly and that permissions are set correctly.
               Verify that you can see the file on the network.
               Verify that the advanced management module has sufficient space to store the file.
From the advanced management module Web interface, go to the File Management tab to determine how much space is available.
A list of files that can be deleted to make more space is also displayed.
