         Verify that the keyboard and mouse are functioning correctly (either the remote keyboard and mouse, or the keyboard and mouse that are attached to the advanced management module).
If so, no action is required.
If the keyboard and mouse are not functioning correctly, perform these steps:

                  Restart the advanced management module.
                  Update the firmware for the advanced management module.  After updating the firmware, you will need to
restart the advanced management module.
                  Reseat the advanced management module.
                  Generate a manual call home using Service Advisor to replace the advanced management module.
