         The temperature for the specified power module has exceeded the warning threshold.
If fan modules or blower modules are not operating at maximum speed, the BladeCenter chassis will increase the fan or blower speed to maximum
speed in response to this warning.

         Perform these steps:

               Make sure the fan modules are working properly.
               Make sure the ambient temperature is within the operating requirements for the chassis.
               Make sure that a device or filler is installed in each bay in the front and rear of the chassis, and make sure that there is nothing covering the bays.
Any missing components can cause a major reduction in airflow for the power module.
