         User response
         Perform these steps:

               Make sure that you have a functioning power module installed behind the specified storage module.  For storage module 1, you must have functioning power modules installed in power module bays 1 and 2.  For storage module 2, you must have functioning power modules installed in power module bays 3 and 4.
               Check the event log for errors related to power modules.
               Resolve any errors that you find.
