               Verify that all components in the blade server are on the ServerProven list for that blade server (go to the IBM ServerProven Web site).
               Update the blade server service processor (BMC) firmware to the latest level.
               Update the firmware for the advanced management module.
               Check the IBM Support Web page for any service bulletins that might be related to this problem.
