               Power off the I/O module and attempt to start it again from the Admin Power Restart page of the advanced management module Web interface.
               Reseat the I/O module.
               Refer to the documentation for the specified I/O module.  The documentation for the specified switch might contain additional information about this problem.
               Replace the I/O module.
