         Perform these steps:

               Log in to the SAS RAID controller either through Storage Configuration Manager* or through the command-line interface (CLI) to determine which hard drive has caused the PFA condition. *Storage Configuration Manager is not supported when configured with 12 disks storage module.
               At your earliest convenience, replace the hard disk drive.
