         Explanation
         One of the redundant fuses has been detected in specified I/O module.
If you have a full compliment of power modules installed in the chassis, the I/O module will continue to operate. However, the I/O
module is now running in non-redundant mode (if the other fuse opens the I/O module will no longer function).
