         Explanation
         Open Fabric Manager protocol supports 2 versions.   Version 1 is the original version.   Version 2 added virtual ethernet support for cards that support vNic. The blade noted in message supports only version 1, so the Open Fabric Manager configuration was downgraded from version 2 to version 1 which removes virtual ethernet configuration data, 4 boot target support, and use of offset 2 and offset 3.
