The SAS Connectivity Module for BladeCenter provides connectivity between the blade servers and onboard SAS disk drives on the BladeCenter S Type 8886 chassis, or between external SAS storage fabric and blade servers that use the SAS Expansion Card in one of the following supported chassis units: BladeCenter S, BladeCenter E, BladeCenter T, BladeCenter H, or BladeCenter HT.
