Installing the bezel assembly

You can install a bezel on a PS703 blade server, or on either the base unit or the expansion unit of a PS704 blade server.

1. If you are servicing a base unit and not an expansion unit, connect the control-panel cable ( 1  in Figure 1) to the control-panel connector ( 2 ) on the system board.
2. Carefully slide the bezel assembly ( 4 ) onto the blade server until the two bezel-assembly releases ( 3 ) click into place in the bezel assembly.
3. Install and close the blade server cover. See Installing and closing the blade server cover.

   CAUTION:
   Hazardous energy is present when the blade server is connected to the power source. Always replace the blade server cover before installing the blade server.
